    CEO

    A passionate healthcare technologist, James is a Forbes Next 1000, National OZY Genius Award Winner, and former North Texas 25 Under 25 recipient. He founded Invene with the 20-year plan to build the best healthcare technology consulting firm in the world, one client success at a time. He is considered a subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare technology and compliance, and is regularly sought after for news commentary and interviews. Over the years, Invene has grown to become a leader in custom healthcare software development for payers, providers, and HealthTech companies. Some services include EMR Integrations, cloud infrastructure, data warehouses, AI/ML, UX/UI Design, and Web/Mobile applications.

    COO

    Ted is a serial startup CEO and technopreneur with 3 successful ventures under his belt and 2 exits, including one to a $2.5B NasdaQ listed entity. He has a proven track record of recruiting exceptional talent and leading those teams to achieve success. He has raised millions of dollars in venture capital, over twenty patents issued or pending, has been interviewed on every major television network, and provided SME testimony to elected State Legislative Groups. In his early career Ted spent 13 years in headhunting, building sales and engineering teams for nearly one hundred technology driven startups and Fortune 1000 spinoffs. In 1996 Ted coined the phrase “Talent Scouting and Acquisition”, and began teaching the recruiting methodologies commonly used today by almost every major technology company around the world. He has lived, worked, and traveled in 70+ countries including a 3-year around-the-world adventure with his wife, after selling his first startup.

    VP OF ENGINEERING

    Alex Melton is a versatile executive with a solid engineering and technology foundation, coupled with the business acumen required to lead complex technology transformations for businesses. His ability to understand and translate client needs into software engineering initiatives that drive ROI is a rare talent. Having worked in large companies as well as startups, product companies and consulting, he has successfully built scalable and efficient solutions for complex technical challenges across multiple industries. He is well-versed in a variety of programming languages and frameworks but his ability to identify business needs and lead engineering teams to develop solutions that improve bottom line profitability is his true strength. For Invene, Alex will bring these strengths to bear for clients, creating transformational solutions that not only improve their profitability, but increase valuation multiples for early stage startups and differentiation from competitors for mid-market and top-tier clients.
